We deliver all equipment directly to your holiday accommodation within our scheduled delivery windows. We will confirm your delivery time prior to arrival.

2. What are the delivery and collection times ?

Deliveries:

• 4.00 pm - 7.00 pm on arrival day
• 8.00 am - 10.00 am (by prior arrangement)

Collections:

• 8.00 am - 10.00 am on departure day unless otherwise agreed

If these times are not convenient, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. Do I need to be present for delivery ?

Yes. A responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery to confirm that all items have been received in a clean, safe and good working order. It is also when we can answer any questions about the products delivered.

We do not leave equipment unattended, as this may expose items to loss or theft and could invalidate deposit protection.

4. Is the equipment cleaned ?

Yes. All equipment is cleaned and sanitised using eco and child friendly cleanng products before every hire.

5. Is the equipment safe ?

Yes. Each product is safety tested before any hire period. We hold very high standards and products not meeting those standards will not be hired out.

6. How does the security deposit work?

Deposits are paid in advance at the time of booking and are refundable within 7 working days of the times being returned. This is subject to checks for loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.

Maximmun deposit is capped at £100

7. What happens if something is damaged ?

Please inform us immediately. We understand accidents happen - we simply ask that you notify us straight away.

8. Can I book last-minute ?

Yes, subject to availability.

If you need urgent equipment (for example, you forgot an essential item), please contact us directly and we will try our best to help.

9. Which areas do we cover ?

We deliver to Withernsea and surrounding areas within a 5 mile radius.

10. How do I book ?

All bookings are made via our website. Full payment and deposit are taken at the time of booking.
