Using the Equipment
- Please use all items in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Individual product instructions can be accessed via the QR tag attached to each item.
- If you are unsure about anything, please contac us before use.
During Your Hire
- Equipment remains the responsibility of the hirer during the hire period.
- Please do not leave items unattended in public areas.
- Please ensure that equipment is kept away from cigarette and vaping smoke.
- Any damage or faults must be reported as soon as possible.
Collection Information
- Items do not have to be fully cleaned, just left in a reasonable condition.
- Please ensure all parts and accessories are present.
- Collection will take place on the agreed date and time.
Security Deposit
Security deposits are refunded within 7 days following inspection or returned equipment. Deductions may apply for loss, damage or excessive cleaning.
